57pera Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and 57pera ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 57pera online casino and sports betting services available at 57pera.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing the 57pera platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on live baccarat, Fortune Ox, slots, bingo, or the 57pera sportsbook — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 57pera platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an account on 57pera, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling activities in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR, and 57pera enforces this requirement strictly. No exceptions will be made regardless of circumstances.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines and must be legally permitted under Philippine law to participate in online gambling activities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 57pera or by PAGCOR at the time of registration or any subsequent login.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under the supervision of a legal guardian are not eligible.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of 57pera or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

57pera reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or any other government-issued identification that clearly shows your name and date of birth.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 57pera. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 57pera employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate account activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your 57pera account while logged in with your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 57pera support team immediately at [email protected]. 57pera will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information on your account is accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, phone number, or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay the processing of withdrawals or result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on 57pera are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on any transaction. Your 57pera account balance reflects your funds in PHP at all times.

The following payment methods are currently supported on 57pera:

• GCash — Real-time PHP deposits and withdrawals via the GCash e-wallet.
• PayMaya — Real-time PHP deposits and withdrawals via the PayMaya e-wallet.
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.
• Metrobank — Bank transfer deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your 57pera account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the 57pera cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the 57pera cashier section. Before any withdrawal can be processed, 57pera may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) to the platform's satisfaction. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and is non-negotiable.

Funds deposited on 57pera must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

57pera offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms when accepted.

The following general principles apply to all 57pera bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 57pera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or collusion — will be forfeited and the associated account may be closed.
• Bonus winnings are capped at the maximum win amount specified in the promotion terms, where applicable.

If you have an active bonus on your account and wish to make a withdrawal, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before the withdrawal can be processed. In some cases, withdrawing before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your balance.

All games available on the 57pera platform — including live baccarat, Fortune Ox, slots, bingo, and the sportsbook — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules prevail for matters directly related to gameplay mechanics.

57pera's live casino games use real-time video feeds of physical dealing and spinning equipment. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the deal, spin, or draw, subject to game-provider certification. Slot and automated game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 57pera does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display glitch — the platform's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. 57pera's determination of the game result in such circumstances is final.

Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed by the player. It is the player's responsibility to review the bet details — amount, selection, and odds — before confirmation. 57pera does not accept claims for reversal of correctly processed bets on the basis of player error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57pera platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on 57pera.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds to register or operate an account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without reporting them to 57pera support. Any winnings derived from known or exploited bugs are not considered valid.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events covered by the 57pera sportsbook.
• Attempting to use the 57pera platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 57pera staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the 57pera platform infrastructure.

57pera is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activities and provides a range of player-protection tools accessible directly from the account dashboard.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 57pera players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic reminders or session cut-offs based on time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short voluntary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 57pera platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Personal data collected by 57pera includes, but is not limited to: your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, government-issued identification details, device information, IP address, and transaction history. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, comply with PAGCOR and AMLC regulatory obligations, and improve the platform experience.

57pera does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations. Data is shared only with service providers directly necessary for platform operation — including payment processors, identity verification providers, game providers, and regulatory bodies — and only to the extent required for those purposes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 57pera platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the 57pera platform without prior written permission.
• Use the 57pera brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on 57pera content or software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 57pera website on another domain.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar automated data collection techniques on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 57pera intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 57pera's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

57pera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

57pera does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors, or that the content displayed will always be accurate and up to date. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability, for which 57pera accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits 57pera's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

You may close your 57pera account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

57pera reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if:

• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, money laundering, or collusion is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is on a self-exclusion list or has requested self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or law enforcement requirements mandate account closure.
• Continued operation of the account is deemed to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

In cases of termination for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct, 57pera reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Any such forfeiture will be communicated to the account holder in writing.

57pera reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 57pera will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification on the platform upon your next login, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the 57pera website.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 57pera platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. 57pera recommends bookmarking this page for easy reference.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

57pera operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints that cannot be resolved through the 57pera internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
